Leta, Lead Front Office Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator
Leta has over 25 years of experience in dentistry, with over 20 years as a key member of our team. For many years Leta has served as a dental assistant for every type of treatment in our practice. As a result Leta understands every step of your planned care and is an empathetic and expert personal advisor before, during and after your treatment. Leta enjoys connecting with patients on a personal level and helping them achieve the care that they need and deserve. Leta has lived in the Philadelphia area her entire life and enjoys taking advantage of Fairmount Park with her son. On Sundays Leta volunteers her time at her local Catholic Church.
Jessica, Front Office Receptionist
Jessica will probably be the first voice you hear on the phone at our practice and is a wonderful resource in helping you schedule your next appointment. She is a friendly face at the front desk and will happily welcome you into our office. Jessica comes to our practice with over 5 years of dental receptionist experience at other multi-specialty dental offices in Philadelphia. When not in the office Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children.
Valerie, Office Manager
As our office manager Valerie is involved in almost every aspect of our practice. Valerie enjoys the opportunity to connect personally with patients and feels fortunate working with such a wonderful team of caring professionals. Valerie’s background is in teaching. She taught Science and Spanish at a private school in Philadelphia for 10 years. She has degrees in Biology and Environmental Education. Valerie is a native Spanish speaker and enjoys the outdoors, running, yoga, travel, learning new languages, and spending time with her family.

Deb, Registered Dental Hygienist
Deb has worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist at our practice for over 35 years! She is originally from Reading, but now enjoys living on a lake in New Jersey. She enjoys nature, hiking, and the outdoors and she can play a mean game of volleyball or poker. The beach is also one of Deb’s favorite places to be. Deb received her dental hygiene degree from Temple University. Her favorite part about being a hygienist at our practice is maintaining her patients’ oral health over the years and building relationships with them.
Theresa, Registered Dental Hygienist
Theresa has over 12 years of experience working as a Registered Dental Hygienist, the last 5 of which have been at our office. Theresa was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated with her degree in dental hygiene from Manor College in 2011. When not caring for our patients she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, trying new restaurants in the city and playing/watching sports.
Katie, Dental Assistant
Katie has been a certified dental assistant for the past 20 years, the last 10 of which have been at our office. She started her career in North Jersey working for a family friend, and moved to South Jersey in 2006 when she started working in Center City Philadelphia. Katie loves being a dental assistant, taking care of patients, and helping people learn to love their smile. Katie enjoys life with her two sons and spending time at the Jersey shore.
Christine, Dental Assistant
Christine has been a certified dental assistant for over 40 years, 35 of which have been serving Dr. Laudenbach’s practice. Her journey started as a volunteer chair-side assistant for a Navy captain in London. Returning to the States, she went on to get her formal training at Old Dominion University’s dental assistant program in Norfolk, Virginia, where she was president of her dental assistant class. In later years, she continued that education at the Community College of Philadelphia. Chris and the field of dentistry have been a perfect match from the very beginning. She cannot think of being in a more challenging and rewarding field where she puts her talents and education to good use. Chris’ outside interests include reading, learning to play Sudoku, watching old movies, and trying to adapt to a healthy lifestyle: body, soul, and spirit.
Christina, Dental Assistant
Christina comes to our office with 6 years of dental assisting experience. She is a welcome addition to our team and enjoys working alongside our experienced dental assistants. She brings laughter and joy to our team and to her patients. She loves helping patients feel comfortable in the chair and she is amazed by the way dental care can transform and change a person’s sense of self. Christina was born in Cape May County, NJ and has lived in both Philadelphia and in New Jersey. Outside of the office, Christina enjoys watching anime, reading sci-fi, spending time with her cats, and visiting with family.
